For our latest 90watts adventure we’re happy to welcome Meeshoo on board. A veteran producer from the far north of Russia who you might also know from his Mikel Black productions in the past. He launched his Meeshoo moniker last year and quickly signed his first EP’s to Nite Grooves and Salted Music.

On his 90watts debut he shows us two songs, the deep and mysterious builder ‘To Get Down’, and ‘Nothing Personal’, a timeless bouncy but deep tech house track, very appealing for the dance floor with it’s clever production trickery. Meeshoo’s deep but clubby sound is a perfect match for our 90watts label which we’ve relaunched earlier this year with the idea of releasing timeless and genre defying club music.

But Meeshoo’s originals are not all we have to offer as we’ve asked one of the kings of club music, Ramon Tapia, to rework the title track. With releases under his belt for labels such as Toolroom, Bedrock, My Favourite Freaks and I’m A House Gangster to name a few, and collaborations with- and remixes for artists such as Paul Weller, Armand van Helden, Nic Fanciulli, Marc Romboy, Mauro Picotto, Umek and many others and a worldwide touring schedule this guy really needs no further introduction.

Ramon transforms Meeshoo’s ’To Get Down’ into a peak time dance floor monster of a track, laying down a relentless groove that will appeal to both (tech) house music- as well as techno lovers around the globe.
