A new release where we welcome a label boss of another exciting electronic music label named Shabu Recordings. The Montreal based producer Axel Helios is making his Cinematique debut with a stunning release.

As head of Shabu, Axel knows about good music. With some amazing releases on his own label, which were remixed by the likes of Avus and Jesse Somfay, this guy is surely one to keep an eye on. And that's what we did, with this 'Cakeless Cake' release as a beautiful result.

All tracks are fueled with powerful melodies and exciting electronica but still with a huge amount of dancefloor strength. Both 'Cakeless Cake' and 'Pumas (In A Major)' are quite uplifting, while 'Torta Di Luna' is a bit more mellow with a dreamy atmosphere. On remix duties we are honored to welcome Canadian 'veteran' Mateo Murphy, well known for numerous releases and remixes throughout the years. He pleases us with both a remix and a dub version of 'Pumas (In A Major)'.
