'Starting Now' is the second single from Patchy's debut album 'Illuminations' which was released on Manual Music last June. The young London based singer / songwriter always finds the middle way between pop and dancefloor with a clear 80's influence, and her new single 'Starting Now' is no exception! Be sure to check the fine video using footage from the infamous late 70's / early 80's dance group 'Legs & Co', giving it that extra dose of retro feel!

On remix duties we welcome two familiar faces: Daniel Mehes and Spada. First off it's Daniel Mehes' Demood alter ego who turns 'Starting Now' into a fine "poppy" electronica track, whilst under his own name Daniel opens a can of techno beats layered with a sweet portion of phatness. Spada on the other hand turns the 'Picnic' track into a smooth deep tech house effort, cleverly using the sweet voiced vocals of Patchy to maximum effect!
